Delivery Information

If we break down or are delayed unavoidably and are unable to collect or deliver your items at the agreed time, we will rearrange another convenient time as soon as possible. We will notify you by email as soon as we are aware of the problem

If you are not at the agreed address at the agreed time, we will charge a £20 fee to arrange a new delivery time. If you would like to change your delivery date and time, please provide as much notice as possible. If it is less than 24 hours notice then we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the changes.
